CUSTOMER SERVICE – Our Customer Service agents assist Noble House customers through online chat, email, and phone calls. If our products or services weren’t satisfactory, our agents are available seven days a week to assist with a return or exchange, answer questions, or simply tell our customers that yes, it’s always sunny here in Southern California.
E-COMMERCE SALES – For over 20 years, Noble House has worked with online and big box retailers to bring customers quality furniture at great value prices. Our Account Managers collaborate with our e-commerce channel partners to bring the mix of Noble House products to their customers.
HUMAN RESOURCES, PURCHASING, & LEGAL – To become the dominant force in the furniture market, you need to hire, train, pay, and perk very talented people. At Noble House, we believe in creating an employee experience that is safe, respectful, and fun. Our Corporate team is here to help do just that.
LOGISTICS – Noble House sources the globe to find amazing products for our customers. As we grow and expand, it takes a talented team to integrate the shipping, warehousing, and delivery so that a Noble House product can move from source factory to customer home.
MERCHANDISING – The indoor and outdoor furniture products, poufs, ottomans, beanbags, mattresses, pillows, mirrors, rugs, and other accessories started with a combination of creative design and data analytics of our Merchandisers. Along with our product buyers, Merchandising includes our pricing/promotions analysts and our inventory planners.
MARKETING – Noble House was founded on the idea of being an e-commerce company. Our marketing team creates the brand messaging that we weave across advertising, social media, email marketing, and other events. We look for smart, hard-working, innovative marketing professionals to create the demand that drives customers to our products for continued success.
OPERATIONS – With locations throughout Southern California, Savannah, Georgia, and the greater Toronto, Canada area, Noble House warehouses are located throughout North America and connected to fulfill your orders quickly and efficiently, so we can continue to deliver great deals for you.
PRODUCTION – Noble House’s sister company, LePouf LLC, proudly manufactures its beanbags, ottomans, and poufs here in the United States. We work to make sure our products pass through the proper standards so that when it’s in the home of a Noble House customer, their only thought is, “Ahhh, nice!”
RETAIL – Our retail associates will show you our newest products by appointment at our Woodland Hills, California retail store. They will also connect you with an amazing deal on close-outs at our Chatsworth, California outlet store.
TECHNOLOGY – Selling furniture made globally and in the USA is pretty hard to do online if you don’t have technology. The undercurrent of our product development, channel partnerships, consumer sales, supply chain management, and overall workforce operations runs with the help of very talented IT professionals.
TRANSPORTATION – Ever wonder what brings goods from seaports to warehouses? Big-rig trucks do. Or what helps deliver big boxes of furniture across the country? Big-rig trucks do. Or what moves an order from a warehouse to a local customer? Actually, in that case, it’s a small Home Delivery truck or van. None of these vehicles drive themselves, that’s what our fine Class A and Class C drivers do.
